Returns & Exchanges
Every Ruby's Rubbish tee is printed to order in Collinsville, Texas.
Exchanges. Eligible Ruby's Rubbish tees can be exchanged for a different size if you request it within 14 days of receiving your item. To start, email retail@rubysrubbish.com. Please mail your exchange within 7 days of contacting us. Once it arrives, allow up to five business days for processing. Return shipping is your responsibility, and we'll ship your new item to you free.
Returns. Eligible items may be returned if you request it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, and must reach us within 7 days of your request. Shipping costs are not refunded in either direction, and a 20% restocking fee applies. To start a return, email retail@rubysrubbish.com.
Cancellations. Because each item is made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Damaged or defective items. If your tee arrives with a visible printing or manufacturing problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
Final sale (not eligible for return or exchange): Gift Cards, Sale Collection products, Limited Edition items, Surprise Tee/Mystery Packs, Hats, Candles, Coffee Cups, Pants/Bell Bottoms, and Rubies + Lace Collection items.

To best help you love your new tee right away, we recently added an updated color chart & size chart for your review. This is to help prevent any hiccups with sizing and fit of our many styles. We hope you will utilize the tools we have placed for you, in order for us to eliminate then need for exchanges. This way we can get your order to you the FIRST time around & you can rock your Rubbish from day one!
T-Shirts.
Our tees are a luxurious butter soft poly-cotton blend. If you are looking for soft beyond belief, you'll fall for our "tri-blend" options available in Oat, Heather Rust, Teal, and Heather Grey.
Shoulder Tags.
All of our products include a shoulder tag, with our logo, either on the right shoulder, or center, that is approximately 3" across, and very subtle. This is how you know you're getting an authentic piece of "Ruby's Rubbish."
Suggested Wash Instructions.
Suggested wash instructions (for best results): wash inside out on cold setting, hang or tumble dry on low setting.
