Terms & Conditions

We can't wait for you to get the "oh happy day" feelin' every time your order arrives. While we like to keep it all shirts & giggles here at Ruby's Rubbish, we also want to keep you in the know so your experience with us is the best it can be. Please read the following terms & conditions to our new subscription services.

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing our feature tee of the month you are entering a Monthly Subscription. This means, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe and Ruby's Rubbish LLC will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Ruby's Rubbish LLC will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.

No Returns: You may not return any Subscription Item you receive. If you have concerns about the product you have received, please email retail@rubysrubbish.com. We will work with you to address your concerns.

Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your Rubbish on Repeat Offer order but only if we have not shipped the Offer of that month to you. If your order has shipped your subscription will be cancelled for the following month. No refunds will be processed.

BY ACCESSING OUR SERVICE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF CHANGES TO THESE TERMS WILL MEAN YOU ACCEPT THOSE CHANGES. UNLESS WE PROVIDE YOU WITH SPECIFIC NOTICE, NO CHANGES TO THESE TERMS WILL APPLY RETROACTIVELY.
